On July 11th there will be a New Moon in the sign of Cancer, as well as a total eclipse of the sun.New moons are a time for new beginnings. As Cancer is also a cardinal sign representing birth and the initiation of a new cycle where out of nothingness something comes into being; this further strengthens the energy of starting over. Later in the month on July 24th, the planet Jupiter (expansion, faith) in Aries (courage, action) moves into an exact square with the planet Pluto (power, destiny, transformation) in Capricorn (authority, integrity). Now to add to this already rather intense standoff is Mars, who enters the sign of Libra on July 29th, and makes an exact conjunction (fusion, intensification) with Saturn the disciplined elder.
